Every pair is made to your exact brief — your name, squad number, nationality flag and club colours printed directly onto an aerospace-grade carbon fibre shell. Lighter than plastic, stronger under impact, and unlike anything you'll find off the shelf. One pair R350, no design fee, Pudo delivery from R55.
What size shin pads do I need?
We offer three sizes — Small (55×110mm), Medium (69×140mm) and Large (83×170mm) — sized by shin length. Most players choose Small or Medium. Not sure? Include your shin measurement in the notes and we'll confirm before production.
Are these real carbon fibre shin pads?
Yes — 100% aerospace-grade carbon fibre shell, the same material used in Formula 1 and aviation. Not plastic with carbon-look print. Genuine weave, genuine weight reduction, genuine protection.
How long does delivery take?
You see your finished design in 3D before you order. Once ordered, your pair is made in South Africa and sent with Pudo. Total turnaround is typically 7–10 working days.
How much do custom shin pads cost?
A custom pair is R350, which includes your full personalised design and production — there's no design fee. Pudo delivery is from R55 to a locker or from R104 to your door. Club and team orders qualify for volume discounts down to R215 per pair.
Can I put my name, number and flag on shin pads?
Yes — every pair can be personalised with your name, squad number and nationality flag, plus your club or country's colours. Upload a logo or crest too and we'll build the design around it.
Do professional footballers wear carbon fibre shin pads?
Yes. Carbon fibre is the material of choice at the professional level because it's significantly lighter than moulded plastic while offering equal or better impact protection — the same reason it's used in F1 and aerospace.
Where do you deliver?
Yes — we deliver anywhere in South Africa with Pudo. Collect from a Pudo locker near you (from R55) or get it delivered to your door (from R104). You choose at checkout.
Can I order shin pads for my whole team or club?
Yes — we run a dedicated club and team ordering service with volume pricing down to R215 per pair for squads of 50 or more, matching kit colours and individual player names and numbers.
