The Material

BUILT FOR
PROFESSIONALS.

Carbon fibre is the same material used in Formula 1 and aerospace engineering. Exceptionally strong, remarkably light. Your players won't even notice they're wearing them — until they take a hit.

Thin enough for pros who hate bulk. Strong enough for anyone who needs real protection. UV-resistant printing keeps every design vivid through an entire season.

ONE SQUAD.
EVERY NAME.

Every pair shared one club design: a coral-red shell, the Benoni Northerns crest and "ELFA Champions" to mark the title. Each player got their own name printed large down their pad, with their teammates' names alongside.

  • One design, approved before a single pair was made
  • Every player's name on their own pair

Shin Pads for Football Clubs

BULK CUSTOM SHIN PADS FOR YOUR CLUB.

Strapzy's Shinnies supplies custom carbon fibre shin pads to football clubs, academies and schools across South Africa. Every pair is fully personalised — club colours, player names, squad numbers and nationality flags — made on an aerospace-grade carbon fibre shell. Volume pricing scales from R350 per pair down to R215 per pair for squads of 50 or more. One Pudo shipment, packed per player.

What's the minimum order?

There is no minimum. Individual pairs are R350. Volume discounts start from 5 pairs (R325/pair) and scale down to R215/pair for squads of 50+. Use the pricing calculator above to see your exact total.

Can each player get a different design?

Yes — every pair in a club order is individually personalised. Same club badge and colours on each, but each player's name, number and nationality flag is unique to their pair.

How long does a club order take?

We send a design mockup within 24 hours of receiving your squad details. Production begins after your approval. Full squad orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days of sign-off, with Pudo to a locker or to your club's door.

How do I get started with a club order?

Get in touch with your club name, squad size, size requirements and any design assets — badge, colours, kit references. We'll come back with a quote and design mockup within 24 hours.

Can we reorder for new players during the season?

Yes — we keep your club's design on file, so adding a new player's pair later is quick and doesn't require resubmitting your full squad details.

Do you supply academies and youth teams too?

Yes — we work with clubs at every level, from grassroots academies to senior first teams, sized correctly for each age group.
