Will it stick to my boots?

Boot ID works on Nike, adidas, Puma, Mizuno, New Balance, Under Armour, Joma and every other brand. What matters isn’t the logo, it’s the surface you put it on.

The 10-second test

Run a fingernail across the spot. If it feels smooth, like a phone case, the transfer will bond. If you can feel threads, a weave or little holes, pick another spot. The heel almost always passes.

Where to put it

Outside heel

The flattest, firmest spot on any boot and the most popular for names and flags.

Side panel

Below the collar or beside the brand logo, where the boot doesn’t bend.

Inside heel

For a message just for you: a date, initials or a verse.

Avoid

The crease above the toes, where the boot flexes with every step, and knitted collars.

On in five minutes

  1. Clean the spot and let it dry.
  2. Place the transfer — the heel and smooth side panels are best.
  3. Press firmly for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Peel the clear film slowly after a minute.
  5. Play — full strength after 1–2 hours.

Questions

Does it work on brand-new boots?

Yes. New boots can have a factory coating, so use the priming wipe in the pack and let the spot dry before you apply.

Does it work on old boots?

Yes, as long as the panel is clean, dry and not cracked or peeling.

Will it damage my boots?

No. There’s no heat, no glue to brush on and no solvent, just press on and peel the film.

I still can’t tell. Can you check?

Send us a photo of the spot you want to use and we’ll tell you before you order.
